NOTE: This is a proposed subdivision of a large rural parcel of land (Lots 50 & 51 on DP 753147). Whilst the surveying of the blocks has now been completed, the actual process for subdivision could take up to 4 months. Each block does have a site that would suit a weekender or house/cabins (building entitlement) subject to rural fire and council approval. None of the blocks have power available, so it would be an off-the grid situation. The blocks are not fenced and have been priced to reflect this. The subdivision is accessed from Mud Hut Road, a council maintained road.
